World's Largest Private Collection of Meteorite Micromounts

One of the benefits of being a meteorite dealer who also collects, is that I have access to rare meteorites that many collectors will never see in their lifetimes. Often, I will acquire a very rare meteorite type that I cannot financially afford to keep in it's entirety. In these cases, I will break off a small sample to keep before selling the remainder of the mass. This small sample goes into my collection and can be used to prepare smaller micromounts for collectors.

Over the years, I have amassed what is likely the world's largest private collection of meteorite micromounts. I have close to 200 localities, which includes rare types, historical falls, hammer falls, Vestans, and planetaries. Meteorites from Moon? Check. Meteorites from Mars? Check. Meteorites from Asteroid Vesta? Check. Meteorites that fell hundreds of years ago? Check. Meteorites that fell and struck people or buildings? Check. I have them all.

I make samples of these specimens available to collectors and scientists. My specimens have been used for scientific research around the world because I observe strict curation protocols that are nearly identical to those used by institutions and museums. In addition to proper curation, all of my meteorites have a solid chain of provenance.

If you need a specific meteorite to fill a hole in your collection, or to be used for research, see my website. If you don't find what you are looking for on my website, then contact me via email - my website is only the tip of the iceberg.
