The Subconscious And A Theory On Deja Vu

Scientists discovered our brains are actually lagging seven seconds behind, everything we see, hear and process actually happened seven seconds ago, which gave birth to an interesting theory about deja vu.

There are many theories regarding deja vu but the one I favor holds true with the seven second lag, it’s theorized that deja vu is our brains remembering the events that occurred in the seven seconds prior to us actually processing it.

We feel as though we had been to a place, saw and heard that exact chain of events because it happened seven seconds ago and, from our subconscious, our brains are reregistering that sequence of the scenario.

Perhaps this is another tribute to the mind split. Read more about the mind split in my previous post: https://steemit.com/truth/@haileyscomet/dream-mechanics-the-mind-split-and-sleep-paralysis

And deja vu’s connection to DMT is clear, weather you believe the theories about deja vu coming from your dreams or one of the many others your subconscious mind and the continuously produced DMT plays a major role.

Another interesting phenomenon is having deja vu within a dream, as all memories, along with dreams, astral projection and subliminal messages, are stored in the subconscious, it is not surprising when we get a sense of having been somewhere we have no recollection of being before, especially in dreams. Since many of our dreams become stored in our subconscious we may not realize when we are reliving a dream experience except when we get that eerie deja vu feeling!

There is nothing beautiful than nature

My theory is that deja vu is a "memory" of your future. Your higher self says "see, i knew this would happen!" I always took it as confirmation i was in alignment with my true course.

Indeed, I have heard this one as well and can still be applied to the theory I posted as well!

Heart taching photography thank you for your sharing @haileyscomet

Very interesting. But i do not think the 7 second rule applies to each and every case of de ja vu.

Agree with you. Its look like 7 sec rule do not apply for every event in life. For example a phone ringing seven second before it is actually ringing is one of those exception. I think that 7 second rule probably just apply for some events or part of them in which we are not 100% paying attention. On the other hand, the post show us a good answer for undertanding the behavior of our minds.

Deja vu’s connection to DMT is clear, weather you believe the theories about deja vu coming from your dreams or one of the many others your subconscious mind and the continuously produced DMT plays a major role.

Agreed about DMT

cool

Thanks for this very insightful article, @haileyscomet ....
Not easy to find articles of this kind in this lovely Steemit community... But I found it here... Thanks also for the extension link about mind-split ...
Thanks for sharing and warm regards... 😍🤗😍

I understood it a few years ago. I was surprised but with an extraordinary explanation, it always happened to me and I could not find the reason why

Thanks for this information. It is very interesting. I wonder if this applies to older folk who have problems recalling at the best of times.

I have dreams months prior that have come to fruition. But I don't know it's happening until it's literally happening...maybe 7 seconds before it does? That's an interesting hypothesis. It seriously happens to me all the time, the place, the people, the dialogue, it is so strange but just as
@wildlocusthoney mentioned above, it makes me feel like I am on the right path.

There are times when an event occurs in real life and i will think i have dreamed about it before. Like i have had that experience before. That i started writing my dreams, should in case i get another experience, i could quickly check my jotter to see what would come next. But since i started writing, i v not been able to match any of my life experience to the dreams though. lol... A friend of mine recently told me she's been having similar experiences. She actually came to inquire of me if i could help her with some explanations.

Maybe you could help me with some?
