Too much of anything is bad.

Babies are permitted to sleep long; in fact,
up to 18 hours a day. lt's good for them.
But, sleeping too much, for an adult, can be
as bad as sleeping too little.

Sleeping too much causes low energy levels,
weight problems, reduced Concentration,
and even heart diseases.

Maintain the balance.
