Recent medical research reported that the alerts which are produced by smartphones affect some of the hormones in the body resulting in rapid heartbeat and irregular breathing normally, as well as dysfunction in endocrine functions and muscle fatigue.

The human brain is affected when the person receives an alert as "like" on Facebook, causing the secretion of the hormone "dopamine", which increases the level of awakening in the brain, and affects the area responsible for thinking and judgment.

Endocrine Scientist Robert Lustig Says that smartphone alerts make our brains in a state of stress and fear, which affects some of the higher cognitive functions in the brain and may stop working after a while. You end up doing strange things because of the decline in higher brain cognitive functions, and these things tend to expose you to problems.

A previous study by the University of Texas found that the phone is affordable, even if it is off or that the screen down, is likely to distract your attention, the researchers found that those who have left their phone in another room clearly excelled at sitting in front of them, and excelled as well as placing them in their pockets or in their bags.

The more your phone is visible, the more cognitive capacity of your brain is distracted and altered Although your conscious mind does not think about the phone, the thought process on the phone consumes a lot of your cognitive resources.
