SpaceX makes sure that their astronauts are safe in their vehicles. Their mission assurance team need to create a vehicle which is safe and makes sure that the mission is successful.
The sales team is charged of making sure that the customers get what they are looking for, and the mission management need to make sure that their satellites get to orbit safely and on time.
Corporate Operations teams take care of finance, human resources and facilities, they also make sure that SpaceX works properly every day of the week.
The information systems technology team use the best technology to develop their business application and their computing clusters.
