Even if coffee helps burn excessive calories it still dehydrates the body. Dehydration at hand prevents the body to cleanse itself. When you drink coffee and do not drink sufficient amount of water you rather yourself more harm than good. Also it has been proven more often that the best way to lose weight and feel and be full of energy is through consumption of water on a daily basis.
