Research has indicated that heart-pumping workouts which also stimulate the production of endorphins are helpful in promoting happiness. These results have shown that regular exercises lower depression and facilitate a healthier or improved night’s sleep. There is no better way to start promoting self esteem if not from having quality sleep time.
