I noticed that you do a lot of good posts but you are not getting credit for them. I can't help much because I am only a shrimp too however ....try entering some of the Steem Basic Income contests. If you win you get SBI tokens which means that you will end up getting more upvotes for every post you make.
Also if you write some articles about Cryptocurrency, especially EOS, then you should join Trybe. It is similar to Steemit but you get much bigger payouts and people will vote for you. In addition there is an Airdrop of Trybe tokens on December 11th.
Writing in Spanish is no problem on Trybe by the way.
