New island suddenly emerged

In North Caroline, a new island suddenly emerged from the surface of the sea, however, it is too dangerous for people to explore it, officials warned.

The island is about 1.6 kilometers long and  146 meters wide. The island is named as Shelly Island by an 11-year old boy whose mother Janet Regan took him there to collect seashells.
