The eclipse which will be clearly visible across the United States will give birth to an alien sky, slowly turning the bright day light into darkness. During this time, when the moon will blot out the Sun's light, people on this planet will be able to see four planets with naked eyes.

Especially, if you know what to look for, you'd be able to see Jupiter, Mars, Venus, and Mercury. Mercury and Venus will be on either side of the moon and Jupiter will be a little far in the same line. As a viewer, you should keep an eye for the constellation as well, as the Sun will be in constellation Leo during the eclipse.

But don't be too keen to look up in the sky without any precautions as this eclipse can be quite dangerous for your eyes. Nobody wants to miss a chance to look at an eclipse; the rare beauty of the universe that's enticing, harmful and stunning. But these solar and lunar eclipses can be extremely harmful to your eyesight. That said, NASA has issued a list of safety measures for you to follow.
