Isolating microorganisims

One way of culturing a specific microorganism is by isolating it from a variety of colony in a petri dish to a slant test tube of nutrient agar. After 48 hours of incubation, the choosen specific microorganism will grow in number of living cells.

I took this photo while @miggy148 is isolating a specific microorganism and transferring it to his slant to incubate.
