Being "allergic to a perfume" is not technically possible, because the immune system does not intervene in smell.

Essence of lavender, deodorizing toilets, heady perfume ... whether natural or synthetic, a host of odors trigger, in some, sneezing. This is not an allergy.

An allergen is a molecule that, in contact with the body's immune cells, triggers the production of antibodies called immunoglobulins E. Now, an odorous molecule is a volatile compound that binds itself to an olfactory receptor in the nasal mucosa, a neuron that transforms it into an electrical signal and then routes it to the brain. At no time does the immune system come into play in the perception of odors.

The trigeminal nerve reacts to certain odors. As for sneezing, it is a reflex due to stimulation of the trigeminal nerve (the fifth cranial nerve) by certain odoriferous molecules. You sneeze in opening your favorite daily? It is surely the smell of ink that tickles your trigeminal!
