Nice list, thanks. #4 is interesting. I did an experiment in my Psychology degree course after a conversation I had with Rupert Sheldrake (of morphic resonance fame) He thought it would be possible to design an experiment in which we can statistically draw out the effect of being stared at.
I set up a computer in a room next to a two-way mirror. I could stare at the subjects without them seeing me. They got a few seconds to press a button on the keyboard - "are you being stared at, yes or no?" I was very skeptical. I did 20 or so subjects, with a few hundred tests each. After I crunched the numbers, it turns out that we can indeed sense when we're being stared at. If you take only the tests where I was actaully staring at them, they were correct most of the time. They were closer to random chance when I was looking elsewhere. Mind blown, I continued to research the effect. - There are anecdotal stories from wars where a person could sense they were being observed by a sniper, and felt compelled to take cover, and then hear a bullet ricochet nearby...

Amazing @sirsticks
