This continues gaining momentum as Lab Meat  is grown in a laboratory using animal cells.  Several environmental and animal rights groups have welcomed it as an exciting development.

China has made a deal with three Israeli companies  - SuperMeat, Future Meat Technologies, and Meat the Future.  This has been welcomed by some groups as a sign that China is committed to reducing its greenhouse gas emissions.

An estimated 14.5 per cent of the planet’s global warming emissions stem from from the keeping and eating of livestock – more than from the entire transport sector.

Pretty amazing stuff as science continue its amazing work.  In this case, the opportunity for more people to have access to the denser protein of meat while reducing the carbon footprint of it.

Yeah why not :)
It might even be healthier than regular, farm meat... who knows, only time will tell.

Glad you enjoyed it.

I'm an optimist and hope for the best with stuff like this.

greenhouse should be the most important issue above all

I agree. It's very important for our planet and its inhabitants.

Hell yes i would eat that meat. And I'm a vegetarian, if we can get all of the nutritional goodness without needing to create sentient life, then I have no objections to it whatsoever.

That's good to hear. Hope they can make the texture good.

Imagine our kids' kids growing up not knowing how to drive (self-driving cars), not burning fossil fuels (wind & solar feeding into the grid and running self-driving electric vehicles) and not (or very rarely) eating animals.

The changes happen so fast sometimes that you may be vaguely aware it's occurring.

a strong commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions is a good practice to save the planet

Agreed.

Things like this, solar & wind energy, and electric vehicles are all great steps in that direction.

I hope the steps to use renewable energy become the policy of every country.

Although costly, but this step will save the earth where we live
