TIME TRAVEL
Hey there! Steemians, today I have come up with a very good article worth reading.
Time travel- undoubtedly one of the most controversial topics in science yet many have maintained their stand in its possilbility.
Time travel is the concept of movement(such as by a human) between certain points in time. Simply put, it is the ability to travel to the future and also backward time travel.
One way to achieve time travel into the future would be travelling at the speed of light, as first theorised by Albert Einstein.
Proff. Greene of Columbia University said 'you can build a spaceship, go out into space (and travel) near the speed of light turn around and come back' while you are travelling at the speed of light time stays slow relative to the people who are standing still back on earth.
When you step out of your ship, you're one year older but earth has gone through many, many years. It can have gone through 10,000, 100,000 or a million years depending on how close to the speed of light you travelled. However, the only problem is that a machine travelling at such speed would require an "unimaginable" amount of energy, while the stress from the centrifugal force on the body would likely prove fatal.
The Japanese tale of "Urashima Taro" tells of a young fisherman named Urashima Taro who visits an undersea palace. After three days he returns home to his village and finds himself 300years in the future, where he has been forgotten, his house is in ruins and his family has died.
Time travel is real weird. What if you went back in time and prevented your father and mother from meeting? You will prevent yourself from having been born! But then if you hadn't been born, you could not have gone back in time to prevent them from meeting. Paradoxical?

what about the grandfather paradox? if you go back in time and kill your grandfather, would you cease to exist?
Einstein believed that if we could surpass the speed of light, we would become infinitely large and could thus travel time. Which is a great point because, if you look at a light shining from a flashlight, it takes TIME for that light to travel to your eye. Thus, if you could travel out far and FAST enough, you could see light projecting from Earth that was from thousands of years ago. And thus , you'd be surpassing time because you'd be surpassing light.

If you could actually go back in time, you will disrupt a realm which will distort the entire universe. We can go back in time from the world of forms and not from the materialistic world.
You might go back in time and prolly kill your grandfather, your dad won't be born, then you won't be born, if you are not born how can you then travel back in time to kill your grandfather?

you can slow it down and speed it up in a relative area (on earth) while time outside of the relative area doesn't change. It has to do with particle physics and wave physics.

Time travel is just a theory and it will remain like that. The future is not pre-constructed. We create our future based on the decisions we make everyday. Suppose I have a gun in my hands trying to shot someone. The decision I will take at that point will be the beginning of other segments of future possibilities. And if we talk about the past. Changing one element can disturb the whole coarse of time line. What we have is today, past is for reference and future only shapes our dreams.
