Things in this article aren’t accurate. I, Victoria Koleski, was his girlfriend for the duration of his criminal enterprise. During which time, I’d owned a business. He used my tax ID to buy products to create these terrible substances, my bank accounts to fund his plans and my social security number to open accounts/PO Boxes/fedex boxes/ups boxes to have the substances shipped to. I did 7 months for conspiracy as I was unable to prove that I was not complicit in the committing of this crime- I have no prior criminal history, drug addictions or desire to break the law. He is currently serving a 15 year sentence in up state NY. as this was not his first or even his second stint in a federal prison I’m beyond confused as to why he didn’t get a longer sentence.
