As the coffee shortages continued to lead to unrest within the Federation the Senate voted to begin construction of an official Federal Navy. One of the first ships rushed into production was the Federation Fightership. Due to a lack of trained piolots many of the ships were produced as Droid fighters using advanced AI battle programing. The aim is to replace the droids as pilots are trained so all the ships are built to take a pilot.
The ships main armament is a forward heavy cannon and is the fastest and most manuverable fighter built by any Federation shipyard. When the ship comes into full service it will be a powerful additition to the new Federal Fleet.
