"Laging Handa", ever ready in English is the motto of all scouts of the Boy Scout of the Philippines.
Being a Boy Scout entails values of leadership, brotherhood and skills necessary in everyday life, like courage, creativity, ingenuity, respect, neutrality, peace loving and brotherhood regardless of race, culture and country.
The advancement activity going to the rank of Eagle Scout. An eagle scout is boy scout that passes special training which are divided into 3 phases of activities: Phase 1-Skills and Leadership; Phase 2- Life Support Activities and;
Phase 3-Survival Adventures.
After the Phase 3, it is being followed by a Pre-board Review composed of written and oral examination. Come next the National Board Review which are evaluation of documents and actual examination. And lastly, the Court of Honor, on which the qualified scouts will be conferred the honor of being an Eagle Scout.
Anselmo A. Sandoval Memorial National High School is an active member of the Boy Scout of the Philippines-Batangas Council
The school regularly attends national, regional jamboree, District and School Based Campuree. JOTA-JOTI, AlayLakad, fun Run activities, and advancement courses.
