Patience is not about doing nothing. Patience is the calm acceptance that things can happen in a different order than the one you have in mind. On the whole, it is patience which makes the final difference between those who succeed or fail in all things.
One moment of patience may ward off great disaster. One moment of impatience may ruin a whole life. Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. One step at a time. Everything takes time. Be patient.
