And Then I looked at the past
And reminisced on those times
Dad used to sing for us
Mum used to tell us tales
The first story I ever wrote
I used to tell my little brother Stories and he'd sleep off
If I didn't he'd trouble me
I started building my dreams but I never knew
I started developing my skills and talent but I never knew
Then I looked at those moments my only prayer was that I stopped wetting my bed...
I worked on that for like a long time that I became even scared of sleeping .
Most nights I stayed awake for the fear of bed wetting...

Then I looked at the moment
I had low self esteem in School
How I would stay in class when everybody was out playing during Long break
How friends influenced me and I turned a jovial leaf
Then I looked at the moment how family stood by me
How I started becoming talkative
How they connected my talkativeness to dream building
How they saw the positivity of the power of words well aspirated.
Then I looked at the moment of excellence,
When my brightness in class became so significant

Then I Saw Death!
Then Another world was built
Then another mentality was formed
Then I knew it was time to be the girl I wished to be

Then I became mature
Then Pains and pleasure intertwined in me
Then I adjusted to the tune of the music
And for sometime I lost my path
The path of sinfulness was I
Deviating slowly from my Destiny
The path of confusion aroused me
The path of failure and shame clothed me with its garment
Then I said to God
This is not me!
You are the Father to The Fatherless
Father My siblings and I
Then I shed tears every night
Hoping there would be a difference in My life
Then I actualized my dreams in the best way I could
Then I hoped that Help would come
Then I worked towards having help
Then I know HELP will come
Now I hope HELP will come
Now I'm sure HELP will come
So help me God
