입장차이

누구나 입장차이가 있다보니
뭔가를 운영한다는게 참 어렵군요.

원피스팀에 코가 꿰여서 좀 도와주고 있는데
모든 사람을 100% 만족시키는 것은 불가능이고
그 사이에서 뭔가 결정해야 한다는게 스트레스로 다가옵니다.

제가 성격이
다 만족시켜야 한다는 것이 있어서 더 그런지도 모르겠어요.

외식메뉴 정할때도
모든 가족 구성원들이 원하는 것을 찾느라 고심하죠.
(돌아가며 선택해도 될텐데 말이죠.ㅋ)

팀원들의 임대량이 많이 차이가 나게 되어서
운영진과 며칠 의논 끝에 안을 내놓았는데
아직 다들 아무 말이 없네요.하하.

일요일 아침이라 그렇겠죠?
