Yes. Step by step. You know I was an English Teacher. Well, start an English journal where you keep track of new words you learn and your progress. Second, conversations can help you become fluent, especially if you're debating people, as in arguing back and forth. Third, watch shows, movies, videos, music videos, podcast, audio, etc. Write down your favorite quotes, lines. Copy them. Talk like they do. Fourth, try to read and write in English each day more and more. Fifth, try to think in English if you don't already. Sixth record yourself talking in English. Listen to your audio. If there are problems, you may hear it when you listen to yourself talk. Seven, write down questions you might have in your journal whenever you have a question. Whenever there is a word you want to study and understand better. Whenever you want to write down a question, a word, an idea, a problem, try to find your journal. And your journal could be on paper, computer, phone, etc. Then you can ask me your questions or find other people.
It is hard to remember grammar even for Americans haahaha.
But you have to make sure you copy the right people as some people may have bad grammar or slang or different versions or styles of how they use English, like American English, British English, South Africa English, Vietnamese English, etc. Different accents. Different words they might use. Some people might define words differently. It can be confusing. The good news is there is a bit of Business Style English that can be somewhat universal and international. And if you are able to find videos of people talking using Business English, as in like professional people, business people, that can help.

The toilets kept on getting worse in the 1990s and 2000s. One of the biggest problems was the pipes underneath the trailer. The toilets would sometimes work or would sometimes be a bit more manageable than at other times. I would sometimes do things to fix some of the problems. At times, it was a bit more challenging. So, there were times things were extremely broken but at other times they were simply tricky to use. Sometimes, the toilet was turned off and you would have to go under the toilet to turn on the toilet's water tank. The house also had problems at times with the water heater, the regular heater, and one floor hole by the back door.

05:36 PM - 6TH FEBRUARY UPDATE CURRENT NEWS
Dear diary, got up at 07:30 AM, out the door around 07:42 AM. We worked, a total 7 people or at least 4 people most of the time. This is week 2, a grand for today and yesterday for me. Plan for this next week too. Lunch around 1 PM. We worked until like 04:00 PM or so, around six to seven hours if you subtract a lunch hour and transit time. So, we cut down more trees and had 4h bond fires going at the same time. People find gold all over California and possibly Idaho. But watch out for fake gold too and you can test it to see if it is fake gold. Dog funny. Surprise, he is in the back of the car in the end. Don't tell them you get it and they don't. A man trying to recover and he is there reading his Bible in that room this morning I saw. Raining for a few hours or less in the morning today. I worked through it. I got most of the fire by the cows to burn. I was trying to talk to the cows. Who do I think I am, Dr. DoLittle? Got home around 04:30 AM, no mail I saw, changed into dry clothes. My coat I wear for work is burnt up and I feel like I can still see and hear fire. It must be psychological and also my glasses are dirty and foggy too. DIshes mostly ok right now. Back to Mike Adams which I was going to watch before work. Dishes around 05:30 PM. Laundry too. Shower around 06:00 PM. Now, it is 06:37 PM. Laundry in washer still. Your accent is part American and a little like you are from India in some ways or maybe kind of Filipina.
Some call centers may want you to not sing or slur words. So, they want to talk more simple and possibly a little monotone at times. And I think you do that a little already. When you talk in monotone or like a simple robot, you can then sometimes emphasize on some words. Talking is an art and you have to decide which words to highlight. Talking is kind of like dancing or sometimes you kind of have to walk so to speak. Like talk simple. One problem you might have is if you sometimes talk too fast. Talking fast is fun and I love talking fast. Some employers and customers may not like if you talk too fast. In the video, you may have talked a little too fast at times for some people.
