[STEEM] developing DIP

Among the DIPs posted in the first half of the year, the comment part of the post is being edited.
What the foundation requested was a way to load it when a button is pressed, rather than displaying all comments when a post is viewed.

After analyzing and modifying the relevant part, after showing the number of current comments, click the Load Comments button to output them.

After editing, I made a Pull Request to git.

After applying, the basic check has passed and I am waiting for a review.

I hope it works without problems.

상반기에 올렸던 DIP 중 포스팅의 댓글 부분을 수정 중에 있습니다.
재단에서 요구했던 것은 포스팅을 조회했을 때 댓글 전체를 출력하는 것이 아닌 버튼을 눌렀을때 불러오도록 하는 방식이었습니다.

해당 부분을 분석하여 수정하여 현재 댓글의 개수를 보여준 후 Load Comments 버튼을 클릭하면 출력이 되도록 하였습니다.

수정 후 git 에 Pull Request 까지 해 보았네요.

신청 후 기본 체크는 통과를 하고 리뷰를 기다리는 중입니다.

문제없이 적용이 되었으면 좋겠네요.
