做法:
1.取几朵蝶豆花,用开水泡水,放至温热,加面粉、干酵母,和成一个蓝色面团;;
2.面粉+牛奶+干酵母,和成一个白色面团;
3.面粉+紫薯泥+干酵母,和成一个紫色面团;
4.从发好的白色面团中,分出一小份的面团,加姜黄粉揉成黄色面团;
5.所有面团分别放入温暖处饧发至两倍大;
6.一个馒头依次按黄、蓝、紫、白色,分成从小到大的剂子,揉圆;
7.将各色小面团都擀成圆形面片;
8.将黄色面皮放上巧克力,包起来;
9.再用蓝色面皮把黄色面团包起来;
10.再用紫色面皮把蓝色面团包起来;
11.最外面用白色面皮把紫色面团包起来,一个彩虹馒头就做好了;
12.把做好的大馒头放入蒸锅,再次饧发15分钟,开火,蒸20分钟即可。
