Do you know this seafood? Yeah, it's a sea urchin. There are many kinds of sea urchin but even the deadliest is the tastiest I must say, haha.

Sear urchins are produced in the sea or found in the sea. They have spherical or flattened shell covered in mobile spines, with a mouth on the underside and calcareous jaws. The black sea urchin or known as Diadema antillarum have long black spine that really stings but once eaten is unregretting. Hehe,

I once watched Tailor Swift's interview with Ellen show and she was hilarious. She's terribly afraid of this creature. hahaha, I can't blame her, this one really stings. Every time I go to a beach and just ready to submerge in the water, I always ask first, " Are there any sea urchins this part of the sea?" The fact is I can't swim and I don't know if I would be able to swim. What a shame! I even live on an island. Yet, to feel the water is enough to be overwhelmed by God's creation and by the emotion of being in love with the sea.

OMG! somebody teach me how to SWIM!!!! Hahaha, anyone dared, I would appreciate it!

This one here is friendly! I was able to touch it and eat it Hahaha. A friend helped us searched for it when it was low tide. It was an incredible view. These photos here were taken when we went on vacation last summer in LIMASAWA, . " Are you familiar with the name? "

We had our dinner on the rock till it went dark.

Sea Urchins are rich in Protein. Protein is a vital nutrient that gives our body with amino acids, the building blocks of muscle. It repairs damaged tissues in our body especially in our muscle, hair, collagen, etc. Also Vitamins A & C .These minerals are actually very essential to our body as they are known as antioxidants that help us discharge harmful toxins from our body and so on.

Who else loves this?

lastly, I will just add this photo.
