As a part of the Othelius Expedition 2018, Crew and Captain of the sailingboat "Arwen" aim to make a series of short films with recipes, of food caught along the Coast and cooked in simple traditional ways.

We proudly present our first guestcook, mr. Hammer, and Crab caught near Veierland!

recipe:
Set a Crabnet and wait till next morning before pulling it. Beware of Claws and carefully remove Crabs from net. Drop the Crabs in boiling, well salted water.
( NB! As the water is cooled by the Crab, boil the water up between each Crab to ensure them a swift death) Let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Crack open.
(NB! The small part removed in the film should not be eaten. It can cause an un pleasant foodpoisoning.)
Serve with Whitebread toast, Mayonaisse, and Pepper. (Other Seafoodspice optional)
Enjoy with Cold beer or Whitewine!
