    Nice view. Once was stuck in traffic between Boeing Field and UW. I was on my way to a wedding in Mount Vernon, and it turned out to be traffic from UW graduation.

      An oversized truck did not obtain a permit. Went through the battery street tunnel which shut it down until they could get it out. The Seattle Times stated that if he had applied for the proper permit you get a map giving you the route.
