SEATTLE WEEKEND UPDATE:
QUEEN ANN:
I had to get out of my Mini Cooper to take a pic of the Queen's Mini!! I felt it was perfect this royal car was on Queen Ann. As I stopped to take a picture, met a cool guy from Chicago also stopping to take pictures.
SODO:
Driving down 4th Ave South. Heard this hellacious grinding sound that I thought was an accident happening.. but no, it was someone with bright purple lights in what looked like an old cutlass..."Hittin' the switches" a little too hard, driving the front of the ride right into the ground, and grinding it into the cement as the car was rolling... Switches get stitches when you roll like that.. Daps to the show though!!
CHINA TOWN:
How appropriate someone was rolling in a dragon Honda. It was black and red, had a monster spoiler and black dragons on the sides of the car. I'm not a big Honda fan, (except motorcycles... Honda bikes are awesome) but this car was unique.. So many really cool cars and bikes.. Seattle is very unique not only in clothing fashion, but also vehicles.!!
ALASKAN WAY:
Seattle is starting to look so different without the viaduct... It's beautiful to see the sky, but it was also nice driving above, and almost through the buildings on the viaduct, especially at night... It felt like a space ride. The new tunnel is a nice transfer from the stadium to Mercer, but it worries me the stadium entrance being so close to the water Living in Ishinomaki Japan, I saw first hand what an earthquake and tsunami can do... Could the tunnel flood? I would get out if an earthquake happens..!!
SEATTLE:
The weather is so beautiful now, everyone is coming out, a lot of festivals and wild people showing their stuff. Seattle might very well be one of the best places to be in the world during spring and summer.. The mountains are out, the trees, grass and flowers are so vibrant.. The air is cool and fresh.. Living here definitely has i'ts benefits!!
That is your SEATTLE WEEKEND UPDATE!!
