AMAZING SEAWEED - Caulerpa lentillifera or the new caviar

Caulerpa lentillifera is a green seaweed species found in the Indo-Pacific region, called lawi lawi in Indonesia.
The sensation of the vesicules exploding in the mouth is awesome! I was very surprised when I tried it!

And the good thing is also that Caulerpa lentillifera has a high content of proteins (12.5%) minerals and balanced amino acid profiles, according to Ratana-Arporn and Chirapart in 2006.
