Fascinating. What this is is just another version of the Tower of Babel. Massive communication system. Wanting to rule/control the world? I just wish people would stop calling it "he" and call it "it". It is a machine that can be used either for good or for evil. Sounds like "Person of Interest" was based on it. Not getting why creepy globalist Peter Thiel (founder of PayPal who by his own admission drinks blood to stay young) would be assisting good man Trump; odd connection. It's easy to see why they want to keep this system so secret, given what all it can do and how fast it can do it.

Quit question, I’m serious. Why do you capitalize the first letter of every word? I’ve seen it from other people and was seeing if there is a specific reason. Cheers.

I think quinn literally has schizophrenia of some sort or very strong mental derangement to some degree... I feel even he himself believes what he is saying.... There are copious papers published on the Army War Colleges website which specifically deal with this very dimension of INFOSEC and are available for public view. And several of those papers and presentations which are quite good were written by RDS, SEVERAL..
