This piece by Tim Knight I purchase as a set of three back in January when they were first published, and it showed up last week in my mailbox last week. So after some practice, I thought I would share it here.
The entire piece is built primarily around a four eighth note motive that appearing at the beginning. I really enjoyed the entrance of the solo instrument at the reprise of the main tune. I used flutes 8' and 4' and Geigen Principal 8' with 16' and 8' flutes in the pedals. The cornet near the end is a Bourdon 8', Flute 4', Nazard 2 2/3, Flute 2', and Tierce 1 1/3.
