HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF(1)
BASIC POSITION

The world has never been better but the dangers still exist and we must to be prepare. As a passionate about personal security, I propose to expose the best tips to be safe in real life.

This is the first tip of a list of easy but functional tips related to safety and personal protection in real life. We will start with the basics and we will continue advancing.
The following tips are based on years of martial arts practice and fighting systems, conversations with security experts, study of aggression videos and personal situations.

So lets start with basic concepts of position and ubication:

1-LIVING SPACE- Extend your arms to the front and to the sides, these is your LIVING SPACE. A lot of aggressions occur in a surprising way. therefore the main thing is distance, if nobody is inside that space, there is more reaction time.

2-STABLE POSITION Having a good position is so important. One leg should be slightly forward to the other and the knees should be slightly bent. This will allow us to move and be able to stop a push (FALLING TO THE GROUND IS NOT AN OPTION IN THE STREET)

3-HANDS UP. It is very important to have your hands ready before a surprise punch, stabbed ... no hands in pockets or lows. It is the first defense against an attack.
