I am very sad, there is a hacker on the network!

Whenever I put my posts, since aperece over 30 upvotes in less than one minute, I'm very sad because it ta messing up my work and my performance, what should I do? I am very disappointed with it all! I have tried to make authentic posts and always looking to improve, but these people of character bad affects our performance.
At the moment I can not find words to describe such dissatisfaction and sadness! :(
