Just to give some examples how fast passwords can be hacked given the right circumstances i put a small example list below.

If your password looks like any of the above i would recommend you change it as soon as possible.
So What is a good password?
What i usually recommend is a password of 5 words or more with spaces in between. The spaces are vital. The more words the better!
Example of a strong password: moon microwave police safe beer fruit = 1 DECILLION YEARS
