Охрана фирма "Дефенс".
Так вот я проработал там почти 2 года, точнее год и девять месяцев.
Работа в фирме "Дефенс" построена на лжи и предательстве. Текучка кадров постоянная, так как нормальные мужики не выдерживают такого подхода к себе со стороны начальства.
Старшие групп воруют в жителей а стрелки перекидают на обычных сотрудников.
Работа состоит из лжи и лицемерства.
Принимают на работу без документов потом в течении месяца надо собрать документы.
Большая половина сотрудников работают не официально, и городской бюджет Одессы не до получает много денег.
Старшие смен не занимаются порядком на охраняемой территории.
Группа быстрого реагирования вовремя не приезжают на объект на котором сработала сигнализация. И еще долго рассказывать много очень интересного
и смешного об этой охранной фирме.
Пример: Рации у сотрудников охраны пятнадцати летней давности держат заряд часа четыре может пять.
Особенно в ночную смену рация села и все выноси воруй грабь охраны нет, потому что сообщить охранник не может а задержать нет полномочий и прав.
Делайте выводы жильцы Совиньона. Ведь Вы не бедные и терять вам есть что.
