The Cipher Machine Enigma D were came with the replacement of Enigma C which was commercialised in all different models and was sold over the world. At that time Switzerland bought the cipher machine Enigma K. Italy and Spain also using Enigma D and Japan the Enigma T and Tirpiz Enigma. All of them were broken by several Intelligence Agencies.
