A top specialist at one of Russia's largest tech companies, has invented an anti-facial recognition algorithm to conceal people's identities with the help of makeup.
A while back I was talking about the possibility of discussion being promoted around the subject of human rights and Muslim tradition for the purpose of control, basically I was stating there's danger in that the criticism for women being pressured to cover their faces may not be coming from concerns about their freedom but rather the concern that they have too much of it in the anonymity of their veils.
Supposedly the people developing this tech to confuse facial recognition software have decided not to release it because it would open the doors to crime. I just wonder how much more humanity will have to endure for people to realize we are being manipulated based on our desire for security.
