Hello I have just discussed with @lordjames and he suggests that SF1 should have a meeting today to review the validity of these request, because two teams are now requesting for steem to get laptop and website servers which is causing a little controversy right now. We currently have 4 request for large amount of steem, so we think it will be right for SF1 to come in and solve these problems of requests/proposal

When the meeting is over we will review all the requests on this post from various departments and we will talk to those who requested on what they need to do and SF1 will get back to you. This will help avoid the mismanagement of funds.

If you will permit us to do this, then we will serve and review them in the right way

A REQUEST

Hello dimimp, How you doing?

I have started a bigger project for steemjet with a target of on-boarding 10,000+ steemians to steemjet before 2030. This will facilitate in making steem attain global adoption, which is our vision.

I am not doing this alone. I came up with a good plan, teamed up with @mrrpiusz of steemjetphotography and 18 other wonderful delegates including @mbj and @deandaniel. The elite team is made up of 20 steemjet delegates from SF1-7 ready to combine our delegated steempower to to host a photography contest currently, and we do plan to host many more on @steemjetcontests blog for newbies/non-steemjet delegates. We promised to be giving out $15+ in upvotes weekly to the winners of these contest

we are having multiple entries already and I do want to request for a good steempower delegation to the @steemjetcontests blog. So that it can be used to upvote all entries made by these new contestants but for the winners the 20 of us can combine the delegated steem power you gave to upvote winners

Ever since you started calling me "THE MONEY MAN" a lot of people do contact me privately almost everyday to ask me for liquid steem but I do not have enough to give out to them but can only upvote them and this makes my voting power do quicky run down.

I just need your help to solve this problem. Just be Sending some good amount of steem to me, so that I will be able to spread the steem out to a lot of friends who hasn't let me have some peace for quite a long time now, and if I do that it will be quite realistic that I am your MONEY MAN, which is much better than an irony. Your money man cannot be without any money.

So my request is:

1. A good steempower delegation for @steemjetcontests to support these contests and
2. I will be needing some steem to spread out as your money man especially to newbies and to those who do not know about steem to make them realize what steem can do for them. I am sure this will go a long way to convince them to join steemit.

As the artist who heads the Art department. I wanna take up a useful project called STEEMJET ART FIESTA. Trust me this is gonna be very useful because it will help steemjet attain it's goal of global steem adoption, I am good at socialising wih a lot of people especially kid, So I wanna run a littl contest for steemjet Artists who can give us the best Arts that would be used to impact the knowledge of cryptos into children who are the leaders of tomorrow and then use the best results from this contest to undergo the Steemjet Art FIESTA project.

This is my request to become a delegate Sir.

STEEMJET SPORTS DEPARTMENT

I am an ardent football LOVER and sports lover, I intend using this tool to on board not less than a thousand youths. YES 1000.

As regards on boarding new steemians. I attend a university with not less than 30,000 students, many have lost purpose to life, wandering without hope and purpose. Seeing what is happening here, I can only wish to on board not less than a thousand (1000)

STUDENTS ON STEEMIT.

I have a project; the project is to establish a STEEMJET SPORTS LEAGUE

This is a tournament where I will massively engage youths to have fun while doing what the know how best to do. The project is going to be a football competition

Groups of teams will play against each other; the winners emerging from the competition would be awarded with cash prices. The prices would be too good to attract more than 1000 students. Here is a look into the jerseys for the competiton.

WHAT ARE THE CRITERIAS

The criteria to be a part of the competition will be a registration to steemit. I WILL DO A MASSIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE TEAM MEMBERS

An orientation of what steemit is all about. AN OFFLINE CLASS AND TUTORIAL

Am pulling every resource at my disposal to make this a success. But then I need support and blessings of the boss @dimimp, if he okays this idea, then it is a done deal.

Since accounts take longer time to be approved, I would be needing STEEM to facilitate this, only if the boss approves

STEEM for the offline Awareness and printing of fliers for this huge competition

Am going to steemjet the university…..hahaha

STEEM for the printing of Jerseys and other football kits

STEEM to fund the prices for the winners of the competiton.. we would have winners in the first position , second position and third position

Every necessary logistics has been put into place for this steemjet bath and massive on boarding of new steemians

I have a plan to invite some great talents to steemit and directly for the Steemjet. The account creation is very slow and taking time.

I heard about some other solutions which requires steem delegation to the recipient. But my current wallet cannot afford this. So, I'll be glad if I can get some liquid for this.

There's also a plan to organise a Steemjet Talk within my campus to capture the attention of some of the best and innovative minds.

I think you can send the money to @Lordjames or @Joshuaetim himself. Every delegate is capable of delivering the works of their department and being held accountable that the Steem was put into good use.
It's a great initiative by @joshuaetim to keep a database of the Community and I'm glad I've joined this community.

I'm also using this opportunity sir, to apply for position of a delegate in @empato365's team. The Research and Development team.

I read through the proposal yesterday and gave my approval on it. Now, concerning acquisition of those gadgets, I'll prefer the funds be sent directly with the team leader. So, he orders exactly what the team believes will work well for them. For accountability purpose, since I'm in contact with the team, they can send me a detail break down of what they want to do and I'll offer my suggestions.

While I like giving team leaders the full discretion to work is to allow them feel free to bring out the ingenuity in them.

Now, I also see that there's a development team tasked with website development and hosting. We'll need to have one website, so I'll want to see how the hr and development dept will handle this very well.

Also, I had looked at the idea of id cards and instead I'll suggest since the hr dept have a database of members. They can group members in close locations together and disburse funds for printing of Steemjet customized T-shirts instead of Id cards. I have already printed my own T-shirts but not every member might have the funds to do that themselves, so the hr team should look into that. I believe Steemjet on t-shirts are more visible than id cards and can drag attentions Steem from the public.

The whole steemjet project is a very massive one and it will require a lot of funding to start up a global a community like this.

I have like 5-Tshrts of mine already and I do wear them almost everywhere I go, People do ask me a lot of questions and I answer them. They have registered but are yet to recieve their passwords up till now. The T-shirt is really a steem promotion project. The ID will also be a very cool one too.

About the HR team working with the Technical development team to integrate the web services I really want to see that too, because that is where great efficiency will be seen

Great job done by the Human Resource Department. This will go a long way in making steemjet more united and coordinated as we'll.
It is true that most members do not know other members. We need to create more interactions amongst members and build relationships as well and the database is the first step towards achieving that.
I also want to suggest that is is high time steemjet had a community Steem account to post on. This will be an official account for posting contests perhaps as well as a weekly update and review of the members list, newly registered members and a general update about what is going on in the steemjet community. A new department could be created to handle all this.

A team would be in charge of running this account and weekly progress of all other departments can be posted on this community account for all steemjetters to read and learn of. This way, members can know of all recent happenings and progress in the community from one central blog. An exposition of the weekly updates can be done in the newly created discord server.
With time, voice expositions can be done as well on the discord servers for members to learn directly what each department is doing and has dine for the community. This will greatly improve transparency and foster better and stronger relationships between members.

It seems like we can start the show whenever you are ready lordjames. I am not sure how it is going to proceed, nor do I have any specific format envisioned. My posts are simply a brainstorming jumbled confusing mess without form that nobody can even load into their phones. Your team has a better idea of what is feasible, functional, and effective.

It might be best to just start posting to generate income with that account and we can build the plane in mid air. Nothing is going to be perfect.

Steemjet seems to evolve naturally, and the steem rewards pool waits for no one, so I say:

ALL CLEAR FOR TAKE OFF!

I am curious as anyone to see what our community has become, and what we can accomplish!

Great news!

I'm very happy to see that our HR department is doing well, i had gone through their post it was a good start to achieve our goal.

The supervision team is doing their best to control the crowd, detect misuse of steemjet tag, motivate newbies, curb spammers and scammers and many other activities we are handling. We are also starting a weekly writing contest from next week to bring in more creative people into the community with help from a newbie @olanrewaju (Creative Writer) while we kickstart the"Preach Steemjet" initiative which i had explained in my previous comments. We really need your support, we can't do this if you don't have our back.

Most of the guys in the team are complaining about faulty gadgets, lack of money for subscription to internet bundles if you've noticed we are the most active here. I support the few i can but we will love any assistance coming from your side so the team can continue doing their job effectively. Every community needs a security team.

I think it's advisable to send the money directly to @joshuaetim. This way, the project will be executed with the shortest possible time. Sending to a third party means that the third party will have to transfer it to Joshua later which is a waste of time really. This would have been necessary if it was not possible to send it to joshua directly. But is is very poosible. So Why not just send it to him directly and safe time and hence money. Since we have agreed in this community that time is money, which I have found to be absolutely true in all ramifications.

Let's Send it to @joshuaetim directly. I think it's the best thing to do. The aid approved for music department was sent to them directly and I think it was easy for them to lay hands on the funds and implement the planned project. Since it has been successful in the past, why not tow the path once again. Let's send it to JOSHUA directly. No need for a mediator. By the way, I think Joshua and his team has done a nice job so far. Very nice job. We now have the data of every spaceforce member on a server including the birthdays. He told me that text messages, gifts and freebies will be sent to each member on their birthday which I believe will be something extraordinary if successful. I think we should give him all the support he needs.

Sir I think we will first start with making pamplets and banners which we will spread in our locality as well as college, I have told many of my friends about steemjet and they are willing to join the platform. So the liquid steem you will issue will help us to upvote thier daily posts and we can also use the liquid steem for organising contests.
We will also make physical efforts by our own, we will take classes where we will tell newbies about steem and steemjet, for which we need a projector, some chairs and a blackboard, also refreshments will be given to the new commers.
We will try our level best, another way of promotion is by making tees having the logo of steemjet and steem and wear that tees in our day to day life.
I hope you will find it benifitial for steemjet.

@dimimp, In respect to the SMT's jetsar and star.... i did my research and Currently there are pro-developers working to build a forerunner testnet which should enable other developers play with this in issuing out a token or coin, and certain parameters can be set for inflations, ICO -initial coin offerings and how we can monetize star and jetstar that will be our token which would be based on the steem blockchain so basically we are waiting for the smt testnet to be released so i'll get the git codes and start working on it.

But as you requested, we'll get a budget to cover this... For now, we can finish with our website which i would be done with very soon and we can create a bot using the steemjet account from @lordjames to reward new users on steemjet. I'll let you know of the progress in a day or two days time. Thanks for the review.

I've done my research and we should get the SMT's soon once its launched.

Here's how the website is going. I decided to show and display some of the pages of the website to show the progress.. Don't mind the "bow to space force delegates" this is just an example... I'm still working on them. Just wanted to put some humor into it.

Hopefully we'll be able to include the SMT's star and jetstar and include them in our website once its achieved.

For the meanwhile, we'll just need any support we can get from you in form of steem. (you be the judge of what we deserve for our services). Thank you.

I'm sorry for commenting late my boss @dimimp, I actually wanted to comment last because I needed to see the reactions and opinions of the community members first, which is very important to me for the purposes of self evaluation and team evaluation.

Of what use will be our efforts, if the community we're working tirelessly for does not appreciate our efforts? I'm impressed that 99% of the reactions and comments showed love and support for what the Human Resource department is doing and for what we're trying to achieve.

I was also waiting for Lordjames' response on the question you asked as I'm not desperate about getting the Steem. What matters more to us is accountability and results. Since he has agreed that you send the steem directly to me, then you can go ahead and send it.

I keep telling my team mates @ungest and @ninoh22 each time I have a meeting with them, that I want us to strive for excellence and make a difference. That we shouldn't focus on the prize but on the price first. And most importantly, I keep telling them to not let your efforts and sacrifices to be a waste, that was our driving force.

Personally, I feel that you've invested so much into Steemjet for one to still think of it as some sort of a joke, this is a business, this is a community, this is an organization, this is an industry, this is an empire.

And most importantly, I want to announce that Steemjet is a Brand. And we're selling it. And we cannot sell a bad product for people. We have to give them the best!

I and my team members are deeply grateful to you for approving our proposal, for extending my contract and for the promise of promotion.
We'll not relent our efforts in doing our best, and if we fail at a particular task, we will try again and again, until we achieve it.

concerning YOUR department (HR), I don't care what the others say, I NEED you to succeed, which is why I sent you 1000 liquid steem to at least get your show started. I need to see the tools that you create in order to help cultivate our culture over time. Your department is not critical to most people here, because most are concerned about getting a job here or onboarding new people. both objectives have nothing to do with YOUR objectives: employee retention, and improvement.

So keep focusing on what you are doing, and keep me posted on what I am doing (keeping track of all those space cadets I hired!)

AUDIO/NARRATION FOR OLIVIA AND THE SUPERSTAR - SELFMADE

Hi @dimimp, so prior to the video done by the development, courtesy of @yhaulez, I came up with an audio and narration for the story. I narrated the story using my smartphone and I compiled it by merging it with the video using my smartphone. There are two audios in this video. One is the background music and the other is my audio narration of the story olivia and the superstar.

This is simply a masterpiece for you @dimimp. Judgemental criticism is allowed and I will be willing to make edits where necessary. Olivia and the superstar is written and designed by @sharzi, a lover of cartoons and a good innovator. I also can't wait for @dimimp to finally draft out the full story on his blog, would love to see that but meanwhile I've designed this classic design.

Don't also forget the name we're giving to our token on steemjet - stars which would really be a wonderful idea and a great innovation.

Hey @dimimp, was at Joshuaetim's blog and saw his proposal. Great stuff, ATM I haven't seen anything wrong with the proposal but I'm still looking through it. It's a great idea actually and it would bring about some level of organization.

About the transfer of funds, I believe whenever we have a proposal it should be reviewed first and if it is deemed relevant and useful the proposal should be approved and the funds sent to the relevant personnel. Running all funds through a single person brings about 'bottle bureaucracy' which slows down development, growth and progress. All transactions are open so funds can be monitored.
I would suggest funding should be in installments, further payment should only be made after a certain phase of a task have been completed and the recipient have proven himself worthy and deserving of such an honour.

This is a great idea sir but it seems as if we are left behind in all that is happening around in terms of finance and money.
I as SF7 member have my own issue and i also need financial assistance to carry out my duty as a Nigeria steemjet initiator.
I need steem and i think all other groups in steemjet also have their own plan to move this platform forward.
Pls sir @dimimp do consider to finance other groups in other SF so that it won't be that the steem is only for one group of people.
I believe in #steemjet i believe in you

The real awesomeness

Any initiatives that would bring about positives to the development of Steemjet and to the expansion of the crypto world is no doubt a good one. People really need to hear the word and it is our job to spread it. The human resources department who came up with the budget should take care of it. Namely @joshuaetim.

The simple truth is, any one who makes a proposal concerning any thing here on STEEMJET, if trusted,should be the one to receive the funding...... As simple as that.....

The HR department is indeed a crucial arm of the #Steemjet's vision; which is global adoption. But I suggest that the blueprint of how the department will be run should be made clear, so as to know the capacity of people that the department would be able to carry along.

I for one would personally love to be part of the department, to help with the consolidated efforts of other members grow the HR arm of this great community #Steemjet.

Asking of whom the resource would be sent to for the welfare of the HR department, I hope it would be the best move if the main person that thought of this idea be given some accolades by making him the custodain of any resources that would be granted to the HR. @Dimimp.

I think it's a wonderful initiative by Joshua and its better to send steem directly to him, that's way it would save time and effort of both the parties.
I'm really glad I have joined the steemjet community as in this way I can make a mark in the community and that makes me happy.

If it is about promoting your vision ( Global steem adoption ) then funds should be given.
but The person who is requesting the funds should be highly trusted and he should ensure that he will use the funds in the best way possible.

They should show you on a weekly basis what they are doing and what they are achieving by this initiative.

I just recently saw another steemien doing the same project as you do. Delegating to minnows. I believe this is the way to support minnows to grow. If you help minnows to grow, steemit platform will be growing as well. By delegating to real steemiens I have a huge respect for you and I cherish your actions.

Boss @dimimp from my own suggestion giving @joshuaetim the money will be the best idea, as the end of that department he will be able to supervise and make sure the the money is probably used.

@dimimp these departments on steemjet should include a way to raise fund to sponsor some of the projects. Steemjet is a big project that will bring in more departments in the future as many steemians will be joining the captain's flight. If this self funding continues it may become a burden to you.

If ypu believe that the idea is worth doing and the trust you have in him is strong, then send him the required resources. I love the idea but i wish that the contestant should have 80% right when voting for the winner. With this method the contestants we feel among and do better. No contestant will feel cheated and disappointed. I believe in steemjet and i hope that one day the whole world we know about your contribution to the development of steemit. @dimimp i think it is time for steemians like me who have been following your trail know the aim, objective and vision of the great steemjet project.

You are the real boss sir, I believe he is capable for the task since he has proven to be handle things in the best way already, #steemjet is a great platform that I believe is going to change a lot of live better for good, though I got to about #steemitjet in few days back but getting on the platform, I see the willingness and passion to work in the people over there. Well sir @dimimp, i really think the HR department has really done a great job . So for effective management of this wonderful tool , i think the money should be sent the right departmental heads and let see their performance.
With lordjames, i know he has been doing a great do so far,but i feel the burden will be too much for him to handle and may make him lose focus on his own job.

Note sir @dimimp,for us as steemjeters our goal, there have to be division of labour of work. The move made by the HR department is one of the best intiative so far in regards in knowing your people first. So in essence , i will say they should given the opportunity to carry out their work effectively.
Like i will right say* IF WE CAN'T WIN OUR COMMUNITY @STEEMIT, THEN IT WILL BE HARD TO WIN THE OUTSIDE WORLD". NICE ONE @joshuaetim.👍
