This is what Wim Hof is doing. He breathes to pump his CSF, then he tells it to tell all the cells that their temperature is perfect. Then puts himself in the ice and only looks at the warm end of things, because that’s the reality he’s in Warm. As long as he keeps the CSF moving with breathing, he is maintaining these conditions.
