segWit2X is inevitable

It's been about a month since the recent attempt to fork BTC. As a last minute halt on the fork last month there are active discussions regarding the segWit2X. It appears that it will be realized before the end of this month.

segWit2X fork is official

There was a formal announcment that the segWit2X community will finally fork December 28th! Block 501451 will be forked tomorrow. Their lead developer, Jaap Terlouw, addressed the reason why they are going to proceed with the fork,

"commission and transaction speed within the bitCoin network,.....bitCoin"is almost impossible to use a means of payment." - Lead Developer, Jaap Terlouw

The confirmation has been indicated on their site.

"Our team will carry out the bitCoin hard fork, which was planned for mid-November." - Mr. Terlouw

Mr. Terlouw has promised BTC holders they will posses the equivelent balances for the new B2X. In addition he stated that holders will also posess an equivelent number of Satoshi Nakamoto's coins as a reward for their loyalty.

so far there are numerous amounts of exchanges who are in support of the fork. There are lots of features to come with the fork.

As of December so far futures prices on B2X have been witnessing some major strides. These new trends have been showing steady since. On a side note, Christmas Day G.O.D. has been released.
