Writing out thoughts

I spent many hours today writing out my earlier post. It was a much more difficult process than I expected it to be. I noticed that as I was writing, I had to really analyze what my thoughts were to define them in a way that they could be written out. I also noticed that it changed my way of thinking a bit.

I've said to people before that if you can't explain why you feel or think a certain thing, then you don't really believe it. I'm so glad that I decided to start writing out my thoughts and I encourage everyone to do the same!
