Disclaimer 2: I'm not a doctor. I'm someone who is living an unfulfilling and depressing life. Someone who is tired of playing the victim card. Someone who did not get taken seriously by doctors and therapists. Someone who decided to take matters into my own hands.

Be outside. Meditate. Exercise breathing. Live healthy. Consider cutting out gluten and lactose containing products. Consider a plant-based diet. A healthy mind needs a healthy body. Your mind can't thrive if your body does not have the required nutrition. Cut out bullshit out of your life. Reduce your overall stress. Make an effort to become a better version of yourself everyday, but don't hate yourself if you need a break.
