During the last five years, I have wrestled with the term, self-improvement. The phenomenon of a human being is that we are weak and strong at the same time. People esteem diamonds (hopefully the source is not Blood Diamonds) partly from the artificial market for them, but upon examining them closely, the flaws give each diamond its own uniqueness. A fine piece of leather has scars. What makes a knotty pine table so eye appealing?
Everyone is a whole person. The negative traits perceived in an individual are linked with the admirable characteristics. For example, I am a dreamer. A lot of folks cannot handle that. I am also the most forgiving individual I have ever known. Should my dreamer aspect be tinkered with, there is the high risk of diminishing my level of forgiveness.
People will say that they want to quit smoking or maybe lose weight. Those are symptoms related to particular habits. These sorts of habits are extensions of self-sabotage. Ending self-sabotage is accomplished easily through a mental and emotional journey which results in the factory-installed system being restored to its original state.
You were born a masterpiece. Can you possibly improve on that?

Sometimes we do feel weak, does it mean we are weak, or it's just a feeling!!!

@nawras The weakness is real, whether based on the mind, the body or from the emotions. Once the weakness is identified and ownership of it taken, then one borrows on strength to push forward. The emotions are probably the most powerful here. Visual your outcome and feel it and take immediate action to that vision.
