Everything can be trained

I am an ordinary person, born in an ordinary family, have an ordinary face, a so-and-so physical quality and learning skills. But, after encountering some physical and mental obstacles, I realised a sense of dissatisfaction with myself.

The things that I went into were not particularly tragic, but provoked me to search for ways to improve my beingness.
When I was six, I got hit by a car. It took three months for me to be able to walk again, with left leg longer than than right leg for an inch. An inch seems nothing but my entire body became asymmetrical, I cant stand for too long, with occasional back pain because of stressed backbone.

Throughout my childhood, I read promiscuously and played computer games. So I got both short-sightedness and astigmatism. I can hardly see without my glasses. Also my eyes become more and more dull, dry and can hardly stare at a camera for a decent picture because I kept blinking my eyes.

My fingers are shorter than normal adults. In fact, I still havent met a single grown adult, who have fingers shorter than me.

This has been such a shame for me for a long time, that I suffered from phimosis without knowing it until I was 18. So I havent ejaculated before 18 and my penis was miserable short and ugly.

In school, because I have red cheeks, which I was so embarrassed of, I had a low self-esteem and felt so awkward of people's attention.

I suffered from insomnia during high school, when I could not have a decent night of sleep in weeks, sometimes a month or two.
I became bad-tempered, frustrated at my own studies and felt helpless at the problem. I acted normal to my friends and even family but was feeling emptied for most of the time.

Now, I have a super strong body; I have climber-like fingers, 17cm long penis with excellent functioning, my leg is still asymmetrical but I no longer suffered any kind of pain in any part of my body. I can run, swim and cycle for one hour plus, without suffering any kind of pain. My eyesight is improved a lot, I can take off my glasses and perform most of my daily tasks, my eyes become sharper and sparkling.

For my mind, it is difficult to give measurement on how much I improved from where I started. There are some behavioural changes, like I can easily recall names, locations, people's clothes, tv I have watched, etc. I wake up everyday with a well-defined purpose, and get refreshed by a 15-30min meditation, which reminds me to live at the present. This removes any of negative feelings and get me focused on whatever tasks ahead with confidence and positivity.

I joined toastmaster, did presentation in school, interviews and business meetings. I have a sense of facing up to challenge and giving the best of mine whenever I speak now, contrary to the embarrassment that I felt before.

My experience, which I would detail in the upcoming blogs, would show that fitness, mental power, sexual power, concentration, speaking, eye contact, memory, anything that you can use, can be trained.

You just need a detailed program, and a strong mind.

I would address both areas on each of the fields that I have worked on.
