10 Ways To Make This Day Awesome And Improve Your Life Starting Today!

Hey Everyone,
I thought it would be nice to share the things that make every day I life awesome. I think everyone can benefit from these habits! Have fun guys! :)

1. Make Your Bed When You Wake Up - This will give you a feeling of accomplishment from the moment you wake up and will help you to accomplish more!
2. Meditate- Take some time ( 20 minutes when you wake up, 20 minutes when you go to sleep) to meditate. This will help you calm your mind and take your thoughts less seriously. Also this helps tremendously with focus.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Keep yourself hydrated. ( Pro tip you can start the day with squeezing a lemon in your water)
4. Do something Creative - Whether it’s painting, making music, dancing. Improve in it!
5. Spend time with family and friends - Studies showed that people who spend a lot of time with family and friends won’t regret it. This gives a lot of happiness ( But don’t hang around toxic people too much, try to avoid them as much as possible)
6. Do something you are afraid of every day - This will help you become stronger. Fear is just in our heads, still we often feel it. By doing something you are afraid of every day you will more and more realize that there is nothing to be afraid of!
7. Exercise - A good investment to make is to do some sportive activities at least three times a week. Become a happy person in a happy body.
8. Eat healthy - Good food = Good mood!
9. Reflect on your day - Every day write down the things that you can improve and the things that went well. Work towards a perfect day. In no time you will get the hang of it.
10. When you wake up and go to sleep think of all the things you are thankful for - This can be simple things like your family and friends, your nice and cosy bed, the sun that is shining, the weekend etc..
