Self-Motivation

As an Individual you have to be self-motivated if you are planning on leaving your mark in this world. Self-Motivation can be defined as that inner force that drives you to do all the things that you as an individual dream of acheiving.

The elements that make up self motivation can be divided into four groups:

  1. Personal drive to achieve - this is the desire to improve or to meet certain standards that satisfy your inner soul.
  2. Commitment - as a person who knows where you are headed you should set and commit to certain goals that will guide you to achieving your dreams.
    3)Initiative - you should at all times be ready to act on opportunities that present themselves to you, but always be alert as most of these opportunities are not easily noticed until it's too late to act upon them.
    4)Optimism - You should always look forward to getting positive results from all your daily actions.

Always do what you love and motivation will come easily when you do something that makes you happy and satisfies your soul.
