Self confidence and self esteem

When I look back at my childhood, I remember it being one of difficulties and to be honest most of my problems where brought on by this all encompassing stutter ( think of the kings speech ) that was the stutter I had .
It drew any confidence out of me that I had , and if there is any advice I can offer people suffering this condition? , its be stubborn, put yourself in positions that you have no choice but to talk.

In my video I talk about bullies being the biggest losers , they are because you see , what a bully really craves are friends, the class clown is probably hiding the fact that he is insecure

I can tell you I now have enough confidence I can talk in front of hundreds of people or sing in front of a crowd of strangers .
