Hi everyone! I will be doing a self introduction to the Steemit people here whom does seems pretty lovely.

My name is Jeremy and I am from Singapore. Here is a picture of me with my Girlfriend.

I started getting to know about Steemit through a cryptocurrency channel on YouTube called Crypto Investor(which has pretty interesting content that I would normally be interested in). He was saying in his video how he was more active on Steemit and it was something that we should check it out. And after getting on Steemit, reading some of the posts and comments I thought to myself that hey this seems fun community to hang with hence I decided to start a introductory post about me.

So apart being from Singapore(which is a wonderful and beautiful country to be in by the way apart from its freedom of speech), what I really want to share more about myself is my experience with trading and investing because it played such a big role and influence in my life right now. I will share why later below.

To start, I had a total of 4 years of trading and investing experience in the forex and stocks market. I got into cryptocurrency only quite recently.(Pretty late in my own opinion:((, so if you have not gotten in if your risk appetite allows you to, do so now :p)

Like many others, the reason why I started investing and trading is because I was interested in learning how to make my money work for me. I started via forex
trading, Fundamental for trend and direction analysis with Technical analysis with confirmation and entry techniques. I then moved to stocks where I began to see bigger gains. To those who thinking trading and investing is easy, trust me . Do not underestimate the market. These 4 years of trading/investing were inclusive of a lot of lessons being learnt by paying schooling fees to the market. There were a lot of times I wanted to give up and just hang in the towel. Ultimately, it's about grinding, not giving up, learning and being better.

The reason why trading and investing is such a big part of my life right now is because my dad recently started a battle with cancer and as a result I wanted to spend more time with him. As of now I do not have a full time job and my income mainly comes from my savings and investments/trading. It is times like these that makes you appreciate the financial markets because it gives you time to do the things that should truely matter more and in my case would be to spend as much remaining time as I can with my dad.

It has been a Long day for me today and my mind is beginning to feel really fatigue. I will stop here for now. I will share more about myself in the future or maybe even my perspective of the markets(likely stocks and crypto) or even random things that I feel might add value to this community when I have more time.
