I have been working on self improvement for the last 5 years, reading books, watching videos, seminars, personal study, and etc etc.
I've started working on a book and just learned about Steemit. I'd love to share all my insights with you lovely people and I hope I can help anyone who also wants to improve.
My main focus will be on general improvements like moving through Maslow's hierarchy of needs and progressing through Spiral Dynamics. A noncontextualized path of improvement is possible for everyone, let's find it together!

Of course as I said I love your Muslows redesign. I often feel we are told to work thinking of the individual and but when you do (or I do) I too far outside the box! This is why and am save up to open the OT centre (post to follow soon) :)
