Why Feeling Uncomfortable is Good

How is discomfort a good thing?

It’s a sign that you’re pushing your boundaries, that you’re improving, perhaps by doing this thing that is so uncomfortable, it might push you into a new level of achievement if you actually did it.

When you run away from the discomfort, you fall back on yourself, you have a little less confidence, and you become comfortable. You don’t want to be comfortable at the end of the day, you always want to be pushing to be better. That’s why discomfort can be positive, because it pushes you to be better.

Every day, do something that scares you, pushes you to the limit, and to those uncomfortable boundaries.

All of our obstacles are decisions to be made. The decisions we make should be crushing our fears, not giving in to them.

Choose to get better, that way what was uncomfortable before will no longer be uncomfortable. Continually do that to the point where nothing makes you uncomfortable, you become invincible in your mind, and that’s where it starts.

Discomfort is not a negative thing, it’s a positive thing.
